ORGANISATION
At the moment the Club is run directly by the Board, would you prefer to see it run "for the members, by the members". In other words would you prefer there to be a Committee that organises the various events, and looks after the daily running of the Club. (Note: Unless the Club were to take over the lease and financial responsibility, they and associated responsibilities would still remain vested the Board).
